About the role
The Junior Trade Activation Manager PH channel role is to execute Haleon Categories strategy aimed significantly change shopper and consumer behavior short/-mid-/long-term.
The position will require strong cross functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, sales, category management teams and external partners to ensure bespoke execution of Haleon activity plan.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for execution Shopper and In-Store strategy to unlock sustainable, profitable category growth and to deliver business targets and to use the data and multiple insights for continuous improvement activation plan, cover performance gaps and unlock the growth potential.
- Develop commercial solutions, based on the shopper journey and category insights and customer/sales team feedbacks
- Co-create and execute the annual Operational Calendar and ensure continuous improvements year on year
- Deeply analyse shopper activations to ensure invest is most efficient allocated and spent (ROI)
- Develop and execute compelling in-store excellence based on insights and data, lead in-store acquisition process and design the best effective in-store visibility campaigns and tools, development and execute in-store materials, and control execution of campaigns and tools
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of in store point-of-sale materials and shopper claims while finding new ways to drive category growth with customers
- Deliver Shopper Insights into activation plan for all brands and convincing Selling stories
- Collaborate and co-create closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory) to make sure that respective input is integrated in all shopper activation plans to guarantee best possible sell-in and excellent execution In-store
- Agency and external supplier management
- Budget responsibility
- Ensure understanding and compliance with applicable global and local laws and regulations (Haleon V&E, incl. antitrust, ABAC, Commercial Practise, advertising and other laws)
Your qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University degree in business administration, economics or related
- Perennial years of work experience within a FMCG/Healthcare organization
- Strategic thinking and true understanding of the shopper insights and customers
- Passionate about driving brands & creating a seamless product experience for our shopper in PH channel
- Highly innovative and results driven personality with a hands-on & can-do mentality
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, passion, growth mindset and learning agility are needed
- Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills, demonstrated in excellent management of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies) and x-fctl teams
- Strong project management skills, experienced in managing several complex projects in parallel
- Channel know-how of Pharmacy
