We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Broadridge.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pole of qualified candidates;
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates;
- Periodically updating the manager on the recruitment status;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress within our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to enhance candidate engagement and employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
