Role Overview:
As a Junior Recruiting Analyst at Mindtech, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruiting team to find and attract top Latin American tech talent. This position is perfect for an organized, proactive individual who is passionate about recruitment and excited to grow within the tech industry. You will work closely with our team to source, screen, and assist in hiring the best candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for a variety of technical roles across Latin America.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate interviews with the recruiting team.
  • Maintain an organized candidate tracking system and update recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by engaging candidates through social media and online platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and support with candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Gather and analyze data to help improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with ATS software and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive approach to work.
