We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our agile product development process, you will support the delivery of innovative products within the Healthcare domain. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping to shape product vision and ensure high-quality execution.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with a strong desire to grow in an agile product leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and refine clear, actionable user stories
- Break down product requirements using the INVEST principle
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Jira
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with the development team to clarify and validate product requirements
- Ensure the team understands and delivers against product requirements
- Keep product documentation up to date
- Create regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager role
- Proficiency in writing user stories and managing product backlogs
- Understanding of prioritization frameworks and agile methodologies
- Experience facilitating Scrum events
- Working knowledge of Jira
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- A proactive and structured work style
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Healthcare domain
- SCRUM certification (CSPO, PSM, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Notion
