Job Description

You support the strategic marketing team in the decision process to align on communication & touchpoint concepts according to the Marketing concepts and overarching brand strategy

•Assist in developing creative concepts that perform well in research and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Support the creation and execution of Brand Communication Concepts across various touchpoints

•Shape On- & Offline touchpoint Communication Strategies and collaborate with agencies.

•You work closely with the global marketing teams to manage platforms and ensure alignment across teams

Qualifications

Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.

Experience and know-how: Initial professional experience in communication or marketing, ideally through internships, student jobs, or entry-level positions.

Personality and working style: A confident and engaging personality with a high level of enthusiasm. Self-driven, structured, and analytical with a proactive approach.

Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed Bachelor graduates who wish to pursue a Master's degree. The first phase, the so-called company phase, consists of 12 - max. 18 months of practical experience to familiarize students with technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis. This phase includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the way to a successful degree.
