What will I be delivering?
As a Junior Research Executive with Nordics Research team at YouGov, you
This is a client facing role where you will be managing client accounts, running diverse projects (including brand health tracking, field and tab, custom trackers, Ad hoc, etc. which will be low – medium complexity projects).
Independently manage and deliver end-to-end research projects, whilst ensuring a high standard of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
You will be coordinating with all the internal stakeholders and teams like scripting, panel, data processing, open end coding, sales, and client.
In some of the high complex projects support senior researchers on back-end tasks.
Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me?
1 years of work or academic experience in marketing research, marketing, advertising or another related field.
Preferable if have Masters degree such as PGDM, MBA, masters in Psychology, Economics.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, must be good at planning projects with timelines.
Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, work across multiple projects, and work under crunched timelines and deliver results in time and manage time effectively in rapidly changing work environment.
Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills in English.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Understands databases, analyzing and checking data from research projects in a variety of formats.
You are proactive, engaged and driven to succeed.
Collaborative, positive and friendly attitude, proactive, engaged, driven to succeed, supporting team members when needed.
