Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst

What does a successful Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will work with the primary PMs and BAs to ensure the completion of projects related to our Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management applications.  We are looking for a candidate who can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time and within budget.  That includes working with senior business analysts and project teams to ensure the requirements are documented to comply with the needs of the customers.

What you will do:

• Evaluate and enforce project deadlines
• Partner with Sr BAs to document requirements
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate across the firm on enhancement requests, impact evaluation, and recommendations based on the overall needs of the organization

What you will need to have:

• 4+ years of analytical and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years of experience multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Understanding of portfolio management and governance
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong relationship building skill
• Financial experience in the banking or credit union industries
• Agile knowledge and experience
• Clarity and/or JIRA experience
