Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager for our Turin office, who will:


  • Be in charge of the entire cycle of integrated and innovative communication projects: website, apps, mobile, content, adv, etc.
  • Be responsible for planning and delivering every single task from strategy to design, from prototyping to final deployment and ensure that the project is released in compliance with the set timeline, costs and strategic goals.

  • Coordinate both the internal and external resources involved in the project in order to ensure that the goals agreed upon will be met.
  • Manage continuous relations with clients. The ideal candidate must have acquired excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work with the Digital team.

Qualifications

  •  Fluent English & Italian (any other language is a plus);
  • 4+ years of experience in managing digital projects;
  • Bachelor's degree (preference for economic fields);
  • Knowledge of the main project management tools and methodologies;
  • Excellent people, time and costs management skills; 
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities; 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects; 
  • High level of attention to detail; 
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of the main analytics tools for the monitoring and measuring of the web presence of a brand; 
  • A number-driven person, comfortable with mathematical, statistical and quantitative reasoning; 
  • Ability to prepare project presentations and documents;
  • Ability to keep business owners up to date on assigned projects status and potential issues/delays
  • Ability to manage teams having diverse skill sets and in different offices throughout the country
  • Keeping up to date with the state-of-the-art evolutions in digital world (both from a professional and personal point of view).
