JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - DIGITAL / ECOMMERCE

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Project Manager with project or account management experience in advertising, who will handle digital and/or smaller digital production projects of one of the biggest FMCG companies and its grooming, oral care brands. This person should lead projects with ownership, motivation and with attention to details, overseeing and owning the projects, leading the projects him/herself with the help of the Senior Account Manager and Account Director.

We are looking for you if you have at least 1-3 years of experience and you have a firm knowledge of process management (BTL, with digital literacy) and experience to oversee digital account or project management.

Responsibilities

  • Helps deliver eCommerce and other digital assets for P&G brands in an effective and timely manner
  • Cooperates with other senior and junior team members, led by the Account Director
  • Briefs designers, copywriters, and content editor team on eCommerce asset and copy changes, and is responsible for checking their final outcomes (Quality Assurance)
  • Helps set up cost estimations together with Senior Account Manager, Account Director and submits them to clients for approval
  • Reviews eCommerce creative materials based on briefs, platform requirements, and best practices
  • Stays up to date with global eRetailers’ specifications
  • Collects data, creates reports, and investigates patterns
  • Actively participates in meetings and presentations, co-leading them with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director
  • Fully responsible for deadlines and the quality of project, with very little supervision, i.e. coordinates medium and large-sized projects independently
  • Responsible for project administration, such as preparation of audit files, Maconomy jobs, and purchase orders, maintenance of financial and other trackers, supporting line manager with updates on resources, to collect data, to create reports and manage the internal finance system program.
  • Conducts eCommerce content audits for various eRetailers
  • Works collaboratively with international teams in Publicis and with clients
  • Communicates directly with clients
  • Supports any other P&G brands deliveries when needed to backup any of the team members
  • 1-3 years of advertising industry experience

Good to have experience:

  • Experience in digital projects/ecommerce
  • Experience in production, post-production is not a must, but welcomed knowledge
  • Knowing the processes and responsibilities of an agency
