THE TEAM
The marketing team is responsible for advertising our many events on Ticketmaster with thousands of venues, artists, sports teams, festivals, performing arts centers and theaters. We are fans ourselves and are looking for someone passionate about the live entertainment industry to become an integral part of our team.
THE JOB
We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager who is passionate about live entertainment to drive engagement and sales via our B2C marketing channels.
Working closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and the general Marketing team the successful candidate will be responsible for B2C marketing for Music, Arts, Comedy, Events, Festivals and Sports.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Designing, managing and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks)
- Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on a data-driven approach to ensure efficiency
- Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting
- Conducting research, analyses and reports through which you will identify growth potentials, best practices, optimizations and risks
- Monitor activities of competitors and provide feedback
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- High affinity for e-commerce, online marketing, and web services
- Ideally, you have worked already with online marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics)
- High level of initiative and very good organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills – the office language is German.
