Junior Payroll Specialist

​​WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Junior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to H&M’s business success. In this position, you will be responsible for the full administration of the unit's personnel affairs in Georgia.

You will:

• Administrate personnel matters in accordance with local labor law regulations
• Cooperate with an external company
• Improve the internal document flow process
• Prepare reports and data for payroll
• Be responsible for benefit administration
• Be the everyday support for colleagues
• Manage the attendance system
• Work with other HR systems

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You'll collaborate with members of the payroll team working with area, accounting, store operations, global functions, regional functions. You will provide continuous support to our stores, offices, and logistics teams. Together, you'll ensure smooth Payroll operations and efficient service delivery across all locations. The Junior Payroll Specialist is part of the payroll department and reports to the Sales Market Türkiye Payroll Manager.
