What We Offer
As the Junior Operations Controller you would be responsible for the following tasks:

Create and manage cost analyses for Operations areas (incl. cost monitoring and identification of outliers and unusual patterns)

Drive the development of automated reporting and monitoring solutions and support corrective actions to meet targeted cost positions.

Provide timely, accurate data and analysis to Business Entity Operations Controllers, supporting both regular reporting and ad-hoc requests for benchmarking and site comparisons.

Oversee primary cost steering and full cost view for plants.

Support and drive global benchmarking of primary costs, maintenance costs, and manufacturing costs.

Analyze global improvement potentials for various functions
-
Develop concepts to visualize complex data from various functions.

Support the automation of controlling tools.

Support the design and maintenance of value flows from the perspective of the Business Entity, including reconciliation of issues with BE Operations Controlling and internal accounting team.
The minimum base salary is 2230 EUR and can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
What You Offer

Master's or Diploma in business or engineering or equivalent professional experience

At least 3-5 years of relevant job experience in Operations Controlling, Product Costing, Management Accounting, Facility Asset Management

Expertise in relevant controlling and accounting processes and systems (R3, BW, MS Office, ROI PE) with relevant value flows,
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Enthusiastic and motivated, self-starting individual, focusing on achieving results and standards of excellence
-
Self-organized and ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities
-
Good analytical skills and structured working style
-
Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, at all COV locations

Good English language skills, German is an advantage

Good team player
