Commit, a leading Cloud, AI, Software, Cyber and Data solutions company, is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Junior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. What You’ll Do
- Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and events).
- Working with marketing suppliers.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations across tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and others.
- Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows, lists, and reports.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Help with campaign tracking, attribution, performance analytics, and reporting.
- Support lead generation and nurturing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Collaborate on marketing projects and initiatives, including events, website updates, and content distribution.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms — a big plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Team player attitude with a proactive approach and a desire to grow.
