Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute In-Field Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of retail marketing campaigns, maximizing brand visibility and impact.
  • Product Knowledge & Performance Reviews: Attend client meetings to stay informed on products and services, providing insights to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
  • Consumer Engagement: Implement localized marketing strategies to connect with target audiences, fostering brand loyalty and increasing customer retention.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and launch innovative campaigns aimed at expanding market reach and driving business growth.
  • Project Support: Assist senior marketing staff with the execution of special projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to assess customer needs and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and overall satisfaction.

Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them. Now that our team has developed a reputation for representing our 501(C)3 clients with integrity and enthusiasm, our goal is to continue expanding our client’s reach. We understand that learning how to successfully run a business is no small task, and requires a solid foundation in both leadership and management.
