Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Your Background: A degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or IT) sets you up for success
  • Specialization: Experience in research and development is a plus and will help you shine
  • Communication Skills: You should be comfortable using English, both written and spoken—let your voice be heard
  • Experience: Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have up to 4 years of experience, we want to hear from you
  • Leadership Mindset: If you have a strategic approach and a passion for leading, you’re just the person we’re looking for
  • Innovative Thinker: Bring your creativity and eagerness to learn—your ideas matter
