► A 2-year-long personalized program with 4-6 rotational stations where you can contribute to diverse projects

► Developing managerial and decision-making skills through exciting and complex projects and trainings

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

► Higher education in the field of engineering (mechanical, mechanics, electrical, engineering management or other technical related)

► Specialization in automation or quality can be beneficial

► English language active usage (both written and verbal)

► Fresh graduate with maximum 4 years of experience

► Strategic thinking and leadership potential (pre-existing experience in leadership would be a big plus)

► Innovative way of thinking, creativity and learning will
