Your Opportunity:

This is an in-person, full-time position reporting to the Chief Product Officer. As a Junior Product Manager, you will assist in the requirement gathering, configuration, and deployment of our software solutions. You will work closely with senior team members to learn best practices in implementation, provide cross-functional support to appropriate teams during the setup process, and ensure that any new vendor integrations or products meet expectations.
This position involves collaborating closely with existing vendors, potential vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements to ensure successful and mutually beneficial software integrations. The candidate will also be a liaison between the product team and customer care team ensuring that the product documentation is accurate and meets the needs of customer care associates for configuration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, client-focused, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Vendor Integration Requirements:

  • Engage with vendors to identify their requirements and tailor solutions to effectively integrate within our software development process.


Implementation Planning:

  • Support the project management team in the pre-development planning process. Assist in user story creation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development meetings as needed.


Training and Support:

  • Assist in developing training materials and delivering training sessions to the customer care team. Provide ongoing support to team leads and stakeholders during the implementation phase to facilitate a smooth transition.


Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.


Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed bilingual documentation on configurations, processes, and customizations to support future projects.


Presentation Development:

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and metrics of our products to stakeholders and internal teams.


Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.


Skill and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with a strong understanding of software deployment, configuration, and integration processes.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Lucid Chart, Visio, and Figma preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
  • Experienced with Agile methodology and Scrum processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.


Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read and write flawlessly in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical support, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, Florida.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
