Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Junior HR & Payroll Specialist to come and join our global business.


Reporting directly to the VP of Accounting & Controller, and working collaboratively with the Payroll team and external partners, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate financial and HR records, preparing payroll-related entries, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you will be doing

  • Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Assist in coordinating the payroll process with external payroll providers (outsourced payroll).
  • Support salary calculations for foreign entities (in-house payroll) under supervision.
  • Use company software to help process payroll and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with local in-country outsource providers to help ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Assist with reviewing payroll data to help identify discrepancies and ensure accurate payslip generation.
  • Participate in basic payroll-related projects, such as supporting process automation or system integration efforts.
  • Help maintain the HR database by updating information related to new hires, departures, salary adjustments, and role changes.
  • Track and manage staff holiday accruals.
  • Assist in preparing entries for payroll-related activities in the accounting system.
  • Support in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the visa application process for employees, including gathering required documentation and coordinating with relevant authorities.
  • Provide administrative support for various internal and external HR-related matters.

What we are looking for

  • Basic understanding of payroll calculations and HR processes.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in HR Operations/Payroll is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Interview Process

  • Screen Call: Video call with member of the Talent Team - 20 minutes
  • 1st Stage: Video call/in-person meeting with the Payroll Team - 30 minutes
  • 2nd Stage/Final Stage: Video call/in-person meeting with the Payroll Team and VP of Accounting & Controller

  • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 4 weeks
