Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Located in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After-hours or weekend support may be needed from time to time for special projects. NO major holidays!
Position Description: 
A healthcare facility is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Junior Full Stack Developer with Expertise in Python, Microsoft Azure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our dynamic IT Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on delivering scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality applications that drive business success.
Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python for back-end development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or HTMX.
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration.
  • Proficiency with version control using Git and GitHub.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like VS Code, Docker, GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and database management.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols, such as OAuth 2.0.
  • Strong focus on testing, including the use of testing frameworks to ensure code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver Tailored software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications, focusing on high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Lead the design, integration, and deployment of solutions in Azure, leveraging its suite of services to build cloud-native applications.
  • Work across the development life cycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Manage SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Implement modern authentication/authorization protocols and ensure system security.
  • Provide technical support and training for both end-users and IT Staff.
  • Collaborate with vendors for API integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement improvements to ensure the organization remains competitive.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate all relevant IT events and issues with appropriate staff regularly and efficiently.
  • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local travel is required, must have reliable transportation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on Python and JavaScript/
  • Proven experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
