Junior Frontend Developer

We are opening a Junior Frontend position! This is a one-of-a-kind recruitment, so we have several points to cover 👇

Who are we?
We are a software development company based in Wrocław.
We have been creating products for 15 years now. We focus on six technologies: Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Vue.js, React, React Native, and Flutter.
We are not a product company :) It means that we do not have any internal product that we are developing - we are partnering up with our clients to deliver software solutions for them. 

Why are we recruiting?
A few years ago, we organised Ruby & Vue boot camps and met passionate people during the process. We are still collaborating with some of the great developers we met at that time, we see how they grew within Monterail. We want to come back to those times, help new talents - like you - to shape their career with us.

What do we expect from you?
💻 Passion for technology
By technology, we mean programming, building applications, and having a real interest in AI coding tools. Familiarity with React or Vue.js on a basic level is needed. It’s a position, not a boot camp!

🛠️ First experience with coding
It doesn’t have to be a commercial one - if it is, that’s amazing - but you can also show us your pet projects, send us your portfolio, or share your git hub profile full of ‘green qubicks’, university projects you did during your studies :)

🏢 Willingness to come to the office
We believe that to help you grow, we need to see each other face 2 face. With time, when you will be able to work independently, we will be able to slowly move to hybrid and then remote work, however, at the beginning, office work is required (our office is located near Galeria Dominikańska, Wrocław).
