Our office is in Gurgaon, India. This role will be a hybrid in-office / remote position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in the office.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Editor, the Junior Editor supports our growing Post-Production Department, creating long-form Original and Clip based content for our FAST channel/OTT/CTV Business. The Junior Editor assembles and edits basic rough cuts as well as addressing any final clearance issues as directed by the S&P team. Editors are expected to learn the brand’s voice, edit quickly with precision, and will be responsible for final delivery of all assets to publishing.

Your day-to-day:
- Build long-form, half-hour Premiere projects from start to finish. This includes ingesting and organizing content, and ensuring all necessary media and assets are organized within
- Support the Senior Editors in creating a string-out / assembly edit according to the specifications and responding to notes from the senior creatives in a timely manner
- Maintaining TMB voice and standards across all editorial projects
- Quality control and exporting of deliverables for sizzles, promos and long-form episodes at various specifications for multiple platforms
- Maintain organizational and naming guidelines as it relates to delivery workflow
- Maintain post-production records in Airtable, including status updates and workflow management
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Editor, Post Supervisor and Head of Studio
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ Years in Post-Production as an Editor or Assistant Editor, preferably within a production environment (digital, production, broadcast, post)
- A fast learner who is organized and detail-oriented, with effective communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of standard production/post-tech tools and workflow
- Prior experience with Fast Channels and long-form content is preferred
- Open to the ability to adapt to and test AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools and trends
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Frame.io, After Effects and other video production tools
- Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. digital media
- A disposition for high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
