We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst, to join the Greenline team here at IDEXX Veterinary Software!
This role will be based onsite in the Franklin, TN office.
This role will sit in the Data Operations team and report to the Manager of Data Operations. In this position you will conduct analyses, report your findings to internal stakeholders, and help Greenline design analytics products tailored to improve Greenline client and clinic experiences.
The position requires experience in data, analytics, and presentation. The ideal candidate will be an adept in designing SQL queries to build reporting that leverages data to convey a call to action for the business. Candidates should be comfortable consulting on all matters related to data as well as partnering with account executives and DevOps to enhance and develop Greenline’s data capabilities.
Greenline Pet has recently come into the IDEXX Veterinary Software product portfolio. They are a leading SaaS data platform providing an automated solution for delivery of digital coupons and rebates for animal health manufacturers. The Greenline software platform automates a previously manual, paper-based coupon process. The platform reduces friction for the practice and pet owner, shortens the reimbursement timeline, and captures valuable data for manufacturers on campaign performance and pet owner behavior.

A bit more about the role, you will:

Develop working knowledge of Greenline’s clients’ veterinary products and common problems in the industry

Creation, quality assurance, and maintenance of reports used by Greenline’s clients

Utilize cloud native databases (Azure SQL Server, Snowflake) in conjunction with Looker to build compelling visualization to drive business action

Troubleshoot issues and inconsistencies in reporting

Implement best practices in Data Operations
So what are we looking for?
-
Bachelor’s degree (STEM, Quantitative, or Veterinary field preferred)

1+ years of intermediate SQL experience
-
1+ years in leveraging data to present solutions to common business questions

1+ years designing visualizations in Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Adept experience with Excel

Fundamental understanding of statistics and associated assumptions

Self-directed and proactive with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions

Knowledge of the Veterinary industry is a plus

Experience with Cloud systems is a plus

Programming Experience a plus (Python, R, C#, Java)
What you can expect from us:
