This is a 3 month FTC to join our Cybrarian team and play a key role in managing digital assets alongside ITG content consultants and project managers. This role offers a deep dive into digital asset management, supporting a global consumer health company, and evolves to directly handle client requests, requiring both technical and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented, with a passion for completing tasks to the highest standards. Your ability to follow processes and enjoy consistent work will be crucial, as will your proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Support assessment and execution of marketing asset upload requests and revokations Review and categorise marketing assets for specific requirements
- Identify and retieve marketing assets from the DAM
- Uphold high standards of data integrity for marketing assets
- Manage and prioritise workload according to business needs
- Strong Excel skills
- Good knowledge of other standard IT Applications (Word, PPT etc...)
- Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good written communication
- Confidence in learning and applying new technologies
- An understanding of DAM, marketing asset formats, metadata and/or taxonomy principles would be an advantage, but not essential if comparable aptitude can be demonstrated.
