Recast is hiring a Junior Customer Data Scientist to help us build the future of media measurement. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment, takes initiative to solve problems, and is naturally curious. To be successful in this role, you’ll constantly seek out new information, explore innovative solutions, and prioritize action over waiting for direction.
In your first 6 months you will:
- Develop, maintain and manage automated data pipelines in R
- Develop a deep understanding of Recast’s model to interpret results
- Perform ad-hoc data analyses and assist with presenting the results to clients
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience using R for data cleaning and exploratory data analysis
- Knowledge of basic statistical and experimental methods
- Experience presenting the results of analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus points for:
- Prior use of version control (e.g. GitHub) for collaboration.
- Experience with Bayesian statistical modeling
