As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on a specific brand. Your primary goal will be to tailor campaigns to effectively engage target audiences and demographics, ultimately driving increased profits for our clients, the company, and yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Operate daily with high standards to deliver stellar customer service.
- Daily Meetings: Attend company meetings that cover client brand information, sales goals, marketing strategies, and leadership development.
- Recruitment Operations: Learn and understand daily recruiting operations once recognized as a top-performing Junior Brand Manager.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with the Junior Brand Management team and potential new customers.
- Client Engagement: Immerse yourself in the promotions, products, planning, and business interactions of your designated client.

- Leadership Experience: Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities through internships, school programs, sports, or work experiences.
- Networking Participation: Actively participate in networking and training opportunities provided by the company.
- Initiative and Motivation: Show initiative and a strong desire to learn about each department of the company.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a full-time schedule, travel when needed, and potentially work nights or weekends.

Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
