As a Junior Brand Manager Oreo & Delicje you will lead projects, analyze market data, and define further actions, develop marketing recommendations & plans for our Oreo and Delicje brands in Poland. You will be working on communication, launch of new products, and execution of local activation. You will help shape our brand strategy as well as build out our competitive positioning.
How you will contribute?
You will work with key stakeholders to execute the brand strategy for Oreo & Delicje, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan & execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
Main responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Manager and Brand Manager in analyzing all available market and consumer data (Nielsen, Household Panel etc.)
  • Propose plans and programs to achieve targets (e.g., market share, volume growth, margin targets etc.)
  • Implement brand plans including launch plan, selling stories, communication and 360-degree support etc.
  • Monitor and measure business performance against a set of KPIs and ensures healthy and profitable brand and portfolio growth.
  • Steer of internal (PCM, Sales Team, CP&A) and external stakeholders (e.g., creative agencies, Media Agency)
  • Manage marketing budget


What you will bring

  • Preferred experience in commercial functions (Marketing, Sales, Trade and Category marketing)
