As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for performing the billing process, accounts receivable collection, and finance administration duties across multiple clients. Your focus will be on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with the company's financial policies and will report directly to the Client Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Generate and send invoices to clients according to agreed terms.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, following up on pending payments.
- Perform project level reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with client leads.
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approve for payment.
- Assist the Client Finance Manager with day to day finance needs.
- Complete finance admin level duties, as assigned.
- Comply with regulatory and audit requirements in handling accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
- Previous experience with Netsuite finance ERP, preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel/Sheets and accounting and billing management software.
- Proficient at communicating in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Billing, ERP Admin, AP, and Expenses systems.
