The Junior Analyst Student Intern will be a member of the Enterprise Architecture team supporting the Data Governance and IT Asset Management pillars, executing several unique and varied activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the current systems, drafting the documentation, and capturing the processes. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to) requirements and interfacing with application owners and developers to obtain, organize and present data/ findings on the processes.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, Data Governance and MDM with a dotted line to the Head of IT Asset Management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in detailed analysis of processes and operations

• Help prepare process charts and analyses reflecting workflow

• Review existing processes/ systems to increase efficiency 

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes

• Draft the procedures after gathering information

• Coordinate and schedule meetings with the technical team members

• Maintain inventory documentation of findings from the process analysis 

Must haves:

• Currently enrolled in a Business /IT related University/College degree or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills 

• Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible and able to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to haves:

• Google G-Suite experience

• Experience in process and data analysis

Note:

• Hybrid role: 2 -3 days per week in the downtown Toronto office

• 4 month Co-op / Internship: May 5, 2025 - August 22, 2025
