About the Role
The position needs a positive, initiative, and motivate-thinking member with solid SAP SD/MM skill, knowing basic knowledge of PP module is also required, and work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of "Magna IT" to implement and provide adequate support.
Providing daily SAP issue support to Magna divisions, especially APAC region. Needs good communication skills and people affinity, during working should hold workshops, define solutions for business improvement projects, and can manage small change request project. Good team working is necessary for this position.
Your Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day SAP user support by using service ticket system.• Know-how of Magna practice.• Time tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standards• Be familiar with processes/functionalities set for different groups/divisions/plants of Magna APAC.• Work with template team of EU, SAP AMS EU/NA for globally support.• Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup and support roll-out projects.• Assist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members.• Identify feasible solutions within SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet those business requirements.• Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timeline. • Effectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity.• Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.• Ensures billing on time of projects and changes.• Work closely with other solution teams MES/B2B for system integration projects
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline.• More than 3 years of SAP MM/SD experience, know basic PP knowledge.• Must be able to communicate in English.• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Experience of at least two SAP full cycle projects as a MM/SD consultant.• MM module experience with supplier system such as B2B platform/SRM/Ariba or E-Catalog by using EDI to realize data transfer and synchronization.• SD module experience with Indian localization such as GST, ODN, E-Invoice solutions as SAP standard.• Experience with SAP JIT/JIS solution for auto industry is a plus.• Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred.
Your preferred qualifications
• Excellent performance and organizational skills.• Able to collaborate with users and have a strong desire to host workshops.• Basic knowledge with PP module, understand integration process.• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred.• Skilled in SAP ABAP is a plus.
