Role Purpose
The Credit Controller is the primary contact for the finance team in managing accounts receivable. The main responsibility is to ensure customer reconciliation and payment collection to increase cash flow, reduce overdue debt, and mitigate non-payment risks.
Key Responsibilities

Collection and Credit Risk Management: Supervise customer payment behavior, follow up on overdue debts, control credit limits, and generate commercial provisions reports.

Reconciliation and Account Maintenance: Ensure accurate payment allocation, keep customer ledgers updated, and perform reconciliations.

Internal and External Relationships: Collaborate with commercial, customer service, finance, and operations teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections, outstanding debt, and cash flow forecasting.

Improvement In Execution: Automate reports, optimize credit management, and strengthen compliance controls.

Compliance and Audit: Ensure the delivery of SAP documents to customers and adhere to internal control and audit standards.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, commercial planning, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Advanced MS Office knowledge.

English B1 OR B2.

Desirable: Knowledge of SAP, commercial spend control and execution, and understanding of market and customer specifics.
