Job Overview
As a Junior Accountant at CoreBridge Solutions, you will handle the accounting operations for our U.S.-based client from the Philippines. Your role will focus on utilizing QuickBooks for financial management, managing accounts payable, and conducting account reconciliations. Your experience in U.S. accounting settings will be crucial in adhering to U.S. standards and contributing to our financial accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise financial records using QuickBooks, and prepare accurate financial statements adhering to U.S. standards.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring timely transactions and optimizing cash flow.
- Generate monthly financial reports, and assist in budget preparations.
- Conduct financial audits, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax laws and accounting standards.
- Safeguard financial information and sensitive company data.
Your Profile:
- At least one year of experience in an accountant role, preferably within a U.S. accounting setting or with U.S.-based clients.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles, tax laws, and accounts payable processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and adept at remote teamwork.
