Junior Accountant

technology companies in Southeast Asia. We believe the only way to solve the small business

easily configure whatever type of loan needed, by using our APIs to embed the solution within
Borrowers’ existing offering and benefit from Nikel analytics to power robust credit decisions.
Responsibilities/What you’ll do
As a Junior Accounting to support our growth subsequently, we are seeking a Junior Accountant
to strengthen our team and will report directly to the Finance Accounting & Tax Manager, you will
be responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance operations as listed as below:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in invoicing, monitoring receivables, and facilitating collection from customers.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, tax invoice, and bills.
• Prepare and maintain tax reports, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), and e-faktur.
• Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Support management with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Fulfil any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with minimum GPA 3,3.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounting or Finance field.
• Proficient understanding of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Knowledge of financial accounting systems, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and leverage internal resources.
• Previous experience in a similar role within financial services sector preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to team development through coaching and mentoring.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, self-directed, and flexible environment.
