We are looking to hire a German & English speaking Junior Accountant / Accounts Payable, that will be joining our small team based in Germany and Poland. This position can be remote from Poland, or at our American Express Globald Business Travel office in Warsaw.
What You'll Do
- Processing of cost accounts
- Processing of travel related invoices
- Accounting of travel expenses
- Posting of bank accounts
- Posting employee credit card statements
- Account reconciliations
- Billing and posting of groups and projects
What We're Looking For
- German and English language
- Commercial education
- Experience in Accounts Payable with an international environment
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally Unit4 Agresso)
- Communication skills
