Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
- You will be required to meet sales targets, develop relationships with potential customers, and provide product information in both English and Spanish
- Prospect for new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and solving issues related to products or services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report sales performance, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be available to work the following shifts:
- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM'
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
