Role Overview:

This role will be a part of a centralized IT team serving the entire Delta Galil USA business with multiple brands, business units and locations reporting to the ERP Manager.

You will support the ERP Application and monitor 3rd party integrations, provide 1st level of support for application related tickets and escalate as needed. 

You will communicate with different internal departments of the organization, third party vendors as needed, and collaborate with the greater IT team to provide excellent support. 

You should demonstrate the highest level of customer service, communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily ERP maintenance tasks – ensure job que is flowing and errors are being resolved in a timely manner
• Assist the ERP Manager with inventory reconciliations and identifying root causes – identify and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing inbound, receiving outbound shipments, etc.
• Work with the greater application team to correct root causes and fix bugs
• Assist users in the Montoursville, PA office with daily application issues
• Address and prioritize support tickets
• Work with the NJ, NYC and LA based IT teams to provide comprehensive support for all US users
• Provide support for new projects and testing
• Support in imaging laptops for new hires when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in any IT related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of an ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and able to analyze data sets and files
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and confer with members of our organization at all levels

This role is 5 days in our Montoursville, PA office
