Responsibilities
- Help identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new business and assets through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships prospective and new clients, providing support for financial planning and investment management services.
- Support comprehensive financial planning, including retirement planning, investment strategy, estate planning, and risk management under the guidance of senior advisors.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to assist in providing informed advice and guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Support the achievement of individual and team performance targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial services with a strong interest in financial planning
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop in the financial services industry.
Compensation
- $60-90k salary with significant performance-based incentives.
