Health Plan Content

  • Creation of annual health plan assortment catalogs. Inclusive of imagery and formatting excellence
  • Development of plan facing training material, shared with health plans, brokers and other partners
  • Development of plan/member facing marketing assets – email, post card, PPT

Field Facing Content

  • Development of field communication and training aids
  • Creation of monthly field newsletters, recapping key events and results
  • Organization of field mailing kits. Inclusive of catalogs, field material, checklist, etc.

Data Analytics

  • Collecting, organizing and analyzing data across various KPI areas
  • Ensuring accuracy and validation

Education

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) - Required

Associates Degree - Preferred

Prior Relevant Work Experience

0 to 3 Years - Required

3 to 5 Years - Preferred

Essential Qualifications and Functions: 

  • 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback
  • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
  • Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 5% of the time
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development(GED)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 1+ years’ experience in the graphic design industry and proficient in Adobe Suite, InDesign and other tools for print and web
  • Associates Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
