このポジションはJPBUのDD&T Data Management のData Engineeringチームに所属しています.Data Engineeringチームは、主にJPBUのコマーシャルシステム（実消化・マスタ管理・DWH・データマート・データ連携・BIなど）を担当し、各種マスタ管理、セールス&マーケティング、MRの活動、デジタルチャネル、マーケットデータなどに関するデータとシステムを扱っています.
職務内容

• マスタ管理システムの業務アプリシステム担当者
• システム担当者の役割は以下などを含みます:

◇担当ベンダーと協力した日々の運用保守業務
◇武田のIT標準プロセスに則ったシステム管理
◇システムの改善業務
◇新規システム開発のプロジェクト業務
応募要件
＜学歴＞

• 大卒以上

＜実務経験＞

• マスタ管理システム、データベース、業務系アプリケーションの2年以上の経験
• 自ら手を動かしてのシステム開発やプログラミングの経験
• 製薬関連システムの経験があれば尚可

＜スキル・資格＞

• ビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• 何らかのプログラミング言語（SQLは必須）
• データベースやログなどを確認して自ら問題を解決するスキル
• 開発や運用保守のチームを管理できる能力
• プロジェクト管理能力
• Informatica MDMの経験があれば尚可

＜語学＞

• 日本語（ビジネスレベル）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）

勤務時間:本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30 、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45
休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）
