このポジションはJPBUのDD&T Data Management のData Engineeringチームに所属しています.Data Engineeringチームは、主にJPBUのコマーシャルシステム(実消化・マスタ管理・DWH・データマート・データ連携・BIなど)を担当し、各種マスタ管理、セールス&マーケティング、MRの活動、デジタルチャネル、マーケットデータなどに関するデータとシステムを扱っています.
職務内容

  • マスタ管理システムの業務アプリシステム担当者
  • システム担当者の役割は以下などを含みます:


◇担当ベンダーと協力した日々の運用保守業務
◇武田のIT標準プロセスに則ったシステム管理
◇システムの改善業務
◇新規システム開発のプロジェクト業務
応募要件
<学歴>

  • 大卒以上


<実務経験>

  • マスタ管理システム、データベース、業務系アプリケーションの2年以上の経験
  • 自ら手を動かしてのシステム開発やプログラミングの経験
  • 製薬関連システムの経験があれば尚可


<スキル・資格>

  • ビジネスコミュニケーション能力
  • 何らかのプログラミング言語(SQLは必須)
  • データベースやログなどを確認して自ら問題を解決するスキル
  • 開発や運用保守のチームを管理できる能力
  • プロジェクト管理能力
  • Informatica MDMの経験があれば尚可


<語学>

  • 日本語(ビジネスレベル)
  • 英語(ビジネスレベル)

勤務時間:本社(大阪市中央区・東京都中央区)9:00~17:30 、工場(山口県光市・大阪市淀川区)8:00~16:45 、研究所(神奈川県藤沢市)9:00~17:45
休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)
働き方関連制度:フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入(対象社員)

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
