Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing secure, scalable systems and experience with Kafka for messaging.
- Develop and optimize backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Integrate and manage messaging systems, particularly Apache Kafka
- Enhance system security using Spring Security, SSO, and Auth0
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Java
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and its ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing
- Experience with security frameworks and protocols: Spring Security, Single Sign-On (SSO), Auth0, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for efficient deployment
