As part of our activities, we are looking for JAVA Developers (Junior and Senior) to join our IT department. The selected candidates will participate in microservices-oriented development projects within a dynamic and committed team.
Responsibilities:
- Development: Participate in the creation and integration of technical assets in a continuous deployment environment.
- Security: Ensure security by design and the integrity of systems, while providing support and evolutionary maintenance.
- Delivery: Contribute to an incremental, iterative, and consistent delivery flow.
- Testing: Implement unit tests to ensure application acceptance and prevent regressions.
- Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation related to developed assets.
Qualifications Required
Junior (0-5 years of experience)
- University degree (minimum Bac+2) in computer science or a related field.
- Knowledge of object-oriented development and development tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and continuous integration platforms.
- Experience with agile methodology is a plus.
Senior (5 years of experience or more)
- University degree (minimum Bac+2) in computer science or a related field.
- Significant experience in object-oriented development and development tools.
- Ability to work in a team while being autonomous and responsible.
- Expertise in DevOps concepts and agile methodologies.
- Scrum certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of the financial sector and open-source solutions.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
- Languages: Java (11+), Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, SQL (PostgreSQL), etc.
- Tools: Git, Docker, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible.
- Concepts: Microservices, security (OWASP), UML modeling, CI/CD.
Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)
- Analytical and Synthesis Skills: Ability to break down complex problems and find effective solutions.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently while taking initiatives.
- Rigor and Organization: Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with others and communicate clearly.
Languages
- French: Required proficiency (minimum B1 level).
- English: Required proficiency (minimum B1 level).
- Luxembourgish: Knowledge is an asset.
