About the role

Haleonグループ日本法人における品質保証チームにて、製品品質苦情対応のバックオフィス業務を主に行っていただきます。また、品質マネジメントシステムに関連する業務のサポートも行っていただきます。

Key responsibilities

製品品質苦情対応のバックオフィス業務

・苦情管理システムへの苦情登録

・苦情品の受領

・苦情品の現物確認

・製品製造所への苦情調査依頼

・製造所苦情調査結果をもとに顧客向けの調査報告書を作成

・コールセンターとのコミュニケーション 等

その他、品質マネジメントシステムにおける業務のサポート

Essential

·Word, Excelの使用経験

·ビジネス文書作成経験

·初級英語スキル：英語の文書を読む、メールを作成する必要があります。（翻訳ツールは使用可）
