The position
Our team is responsible for managing and upholding the IT & OT infrastructure of the production facility. Our objective is to ensure that the IT systems remain in optimal condition to prevent any unforeseen production halts in the facility.
Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, upgrading, and enhancing the performance of systems, servers, and the production network layout
  • Participate and drive IT related projects
  • Collaborating with the compliance team to create, update, and maintain system documentation in QualityDocs


Our team is located in the production site, to ensure that we can be close to the shopfloor, understand the IT needs, drive continuous improvements, and drive digitalization of the production site. We work closely with our production colleagues on day-to-day operations, projects, and digitalisation.
Which competencies to bring
To succeed in this role, you:

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT or equivalent
  • Have experience with IT/OT, system patching, servers and system maintenance/upgrade and network troubleshooting
  • Have experience with managing IT, infrastructure systems and databses
  • Have experience with system documentation (e.g. Risk assessment, O&M, User review, Network diagram etc)
  • Must have good communication skills (written and spoken) in English

About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of approximately 10 colleagues. The team is rapidly growing to stay aligned with our constantly developing surroundings. We are very diverse in terms of background, age, culture, knowledge etc. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
