TEAM

The Corporate Systems team is committed to technical solutions supporting all functions across the company. These solutions are designed to empower our employees and contingent workers globally, facilitating our best and promoting a seamless experience across all teams. 

Your role will involve close collaboration with both IT & Business functions including Enterprise Technology, Enterprise AI team, Product Engineering, Legal/Security and others to identify challenges/manual processes and build solutions. You will also collaborate with vendors working together on technical implementations across Corporate Systems. 

You will work with the Global Head of Corporate Systems and come to the office 3 days per week following our hybrid work policy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are an experienced Zoho/Salesforce Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our CRM platforms (Zoho), analyze system requirements, and implement improvements to enhance business processes. You have strong understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) processes. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology, identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and ensuring technical solutions align with organizational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze CRM & PRM processes to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications
• Configure and customize Zoho CRM features and functionalities to align with business requirements
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other business systems and applications for seamless data flow
• Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards
• Collaborate internally to gather and interpret system requirements
• Create, test, and document data workflows within Zoho to improve data quality and reporting
• Monitor and correct data quality within Zoho CRM from both electronic interfaces and manual data entry
• Analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as Systems Analyst or similar roles in CRM technology 
• Proven experience with Zoho or Salesforce CRM platform and its various applications
• Experience in supporting implementation of technical solutions that integrate across multiple systems and countries 
• Experience with system integration and API management
• Business level English and Japanese

NICE TO HAVES

• 1+ year of Zoho CRM experience 
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques
• Experience in Data analysis, visualization & Dashboard creation
• Customer Relationship Management Concepts 
• Basics of SQL, JavaScript, API and systems integration
