Let's talk about the role
As our new IT System Manager you will support area that solves quality and compliance assignments, and provides IT & Automation support. You will deliver IT services for innovative projects and help drive the standardization for multiple production sites in Kalundborg and Gentofte.
As our new System Manager, you will:

  • Validation of IT Systems and Infrastructure: Ensure the validated state of IT systems and infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Life Cycle Management and Security: Implement and ensure Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes and IT security measures for IT systems to maintain their integrity and safeguard against potential threats.
  • Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for efficient functioning.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments for IT systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Change Management: Manage Change Requests (CR) for IT systems, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively and do not compromise system integrity.


The skills we hope to see
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

    • We ideally expect you to hold a Master's or Bachelor Degree within relevant field, preferably with background in IT Security or quality
    • More than 5 years of experience in IT, within System Manager, Analyst, or similar roles
    • Knowledge and previous experience with development and maintenance of IT-systems, preferably with understanding and/or experience with compliance and security topics
    • Experience with IT Project Management would be advantageous
    • Fluent spoken and written English and Danish


As an individual with a can-do attitude, you work systematically, logically, proactively, and are self-driven, structured, robust and capable of handling a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation

The quality department will, with this new position, support our Corporate Facilities, CFA, with documentation tasks and overseeing the compliance on the systems supporting the infrastructure on a site level.
