Mission:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support and help maintain our IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by staff.
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades or installations.
- Educate users about best practices and provide training as needed.
- Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and efficiency.
Education:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Certifications:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
