Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline reports for team members and ensure delivery of regular reporting
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including both Windows and MAC environments
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests related to both Windows and MAC
- Providing technical support across the company for both Windows and MAC users
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of routers, switches, and backup systems integral to network functionality
- VPN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Basic troubleshooting and escalation of WiFi, VPN, and other network issues
Requirements and skills:
- 3-4+ years of technical engineering support
- Demonstrated experience with both Windows and MAC systems
- Preferred technical computer knowledge
- Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
- Good at English speaking and writing skills.
