At SellerX we are growing our Technology team and now we are looking for a IT Suport Specialist to join us. In this role you will enhance the IT infrastructure and user support for SellerX globally. Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Provide efficient IT support for users through our ticketing system.
- Ensure all devices are set up properly, clean and shiny to create for each employer at SellerX a great onboarding experience.
- Manage offboarding of employees, handling their IT setups and access.
- Maintain and advance our IT infrastructure to ensure it meet our further growing demands.
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Hands on experience in IT support or systems administration and can also focus on 2nd level support if needed.
- Educational background in computer science.
- You enjoy coming to the office long-term.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Servers, and macOS.
- Good understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- An approachable people personality with excellent communication skills in English.
- Diligent and detail oriented work ethics (for onboardings no new laptop leaves your table with fingerprints on it😉.
