Für den Standort Stuttgart suchen wir einen IT Support Specialist (m/w/d), der den Desktop-Support für Computer und Laptops übernimmt, Anforderungen und Störungen über das Ticketsystem bearbeitet und Anwender weltweit bei IT-Fragen unterstützt. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit, verfügen über Erfahrung im IT-Support sowie umfassende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365. Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Desktop-Support für Computer und Laptop
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Anforderungen / Störungen über das Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei Collaboration-Tools wie Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
- Sicherstellung des IT-Supports der Mitarbeiter weltweit
- Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten
- Ansprechpartner für IT-relevante Fragen und Themen der Kollegen (Hard- und Software)
- Troubleshooting

Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene informationstechnische Ausbildung z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-Operations und IT-Support
- Kenntnisse der relevanten ITIL- und Betriebsprozesse
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office 365
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
