Become part of our dynamic and committed team at the LGT IT Service Desk! Together with experienced colleagues, you will ensure smooth 1st and 2nd level support for LGT Bank Switzerland. In our multilingual working environment you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will support our internal clients by telephone, remotely or directly on site.
- You will receive user queries, analyze problems and find suitable solutions independently or in collaboration with internal departments.
- Solutions independently or in collaboration with internal departments.
- You will maintain our knowledge database and create training documents in order to continuously improve our support offering.
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland and support our locations as required.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated person with a high level of service orientation and technical know-how. You have the following qualifications:
- Completed education as a computer scientist EFZ or comparable qualification with demonstrable further training in the IT sector
- Strong IT affinity and a keen awareness of service and quality
- Sound knowledge of hardware and Microsoft 365 (Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, MS Teams, etc.)
- Experience in mobile communication, especially with iOS devices
- Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages (preferably French or Italian) is an advantage
- Enjoy helping others, coupled with an open and friendly personality
- Flexibility, versatility and a desire to constantly broaden your horizons
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Category B driving license
