IT Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead our IT support & Productivity team by providing direction, training, and ongoing performance management.
• Monitor and maintain our platform to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify and prioritize system issues and resolve them promptly, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Communicate with other teams to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for IT initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies to ensure that we are always using the best tools available.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• There will be more office work, therefore we prefer candidates who are domiciled in Jabodetabek.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of computer network concepts.
• Be able to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize networks, particularly using Mikrotik and Unifi.
• Having experience in setting up office networks from scratch and designing Wi-Fi network topologies will be given a big plus.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
